Food Booths and Food Trucks

All food booths at the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp festival benefit Nassau County nonprofits. Enjoy delicious food, ask questions to learn about the organizations, and consider getting involved. Fifteen food booths represent a wide segment of Nassau County nonprofits and raise critical funds for their programs and missions.

Building on the success of Nassau Place, this year we’re piloting a small number of Nassau County-based food trucks. These food trucks contribute a portion of proceeds to benefit Nassau County nonprofits through the Shrimp Festival.

Food booths and trucks serving local, wild-caught shrimp will have a banner to clearly and proudly identify them. Local shrimp will be provided by H&S Shrimp and Adams Shrimp.

Waterfront Food Court

Gracie’s Kitchen has partnered with Voodoo Shrimp Shack which is showcasing their award-winning Amelia Island Shrimp Roll.

Blackrock Baptist Church features “shrimpanadas” along with fried shrimp, shrimp po’boys, gumbo and shrimp fritters.

Yulee Middle School Future Business Leaders of America has partnered with Dole Whip to offer a refreshing fruit soft serve dessert, as well as cookies and brownies.

Set Free by the Sea offers shrimp tacos, shrimp nachos, shrimp fritters, fried shrimp, and fries.

West Nassau High School AFJROTC features boiled shrimp, shrimp and chips, hot dogs, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, fries, and grilled shrimp with sausage.

Yulee High School Band Parents Association serves garlic shrimp, shrimp po’boys, lobster seafood roll, fries, and grits.

Centre Street Food Booths

The Empty Fridge Food Trailer offers crispy, golden, mini catfish gyros drizzled with original tzatziki sauce.

American Legion Post 54 is serving shrimp skewers, hot dogs, popcorn and more.

Nassau Baseball Club showcases shrimp salad, funnel cakes, and fresh squeezed lemonade.

Amelia Island Museum of History features spicy pirate gumbo and hot dogs.

Yulee High School Wrestling offers hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, shrimp tacos, and shrimp skewers.

Micah’s Place has partnered with Wild Caught Seafood to serve lobster rolls, crab boils, and shrimp boils.

Memorial United Methodist Church offers cheese, veggie, or shrimp quesadillas, as well as popcorn and hot dogs.

Kids Fun Zone

Jax Taco Truck serves giant quesadillas featuring local shrimp.

Nassau Humane Society has partnered with 4th Day Homemade Ice Cream serving banana splits and other ice cream favorites.

Pinky Promise Foundation has partnered with Dixie’s Fair Favorites and features funnel cakes, fried Oreos, Twinkies, PB&Js, and cotton candy.

Salt Marsh Kids Music Festival has partnered with Cloud Crunch to offer slushies and cotton candy.

Philly Boyz Cheesesteaks showcases cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, shrimp cheesesteaks, French fries (hand-cut), and unbelievable fries (3 cheeses and bacon).

Raphael’s Italian Pizzeria offers slices of cheese or pepperoni pizza.

Ash Street at Front Street

Beyond Horizons Food Truck showcases burgers, pulled pork sliders, mac-n-cheese bowls, shrimp wraps, and grouper wraps.

Drunken Noodle Food Truck features Korean corn dogs, boba tea, spring rolls, krab rangoon, and gyoza.
