Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival Logo Usage

All Official Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival Logos (the ship’s wheel logo, the script/merchandise logo and the T-Shirt – yearly edition logos) are the intellectual property of the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival Committee and nonprofit organization. No organization can use any of the official logos in any way without express written permission and by adhering to the strict guidelines of such use as defined here.

The Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival may authorize its sponsors, partners, vendors and others to use the logo for promotional purposes only. Promotional purposes are defined as use in print or digital advertising related to the user’s participation as an official Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival sponsor, partner or vendor. The Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival restricts the use of logos to only the above use and no one is authorized to use the logos for any item for retail sales or free/giveaway items such as decals, stickers, buttons, shirts or other apparel, promotional items such as cups, hats or bags, cookies, cakes, printed items, ornaments, or any other item bearing the official logo that would be used for a retail item for sale or giveaway.

The Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival logo below is authorized to be used only in its standard form and the colors, sizes, fonts, elements or taglines cannot be changed or altered in any way other than to be displayed in black and white/greyscale.

Official Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival sponsors are authorized to use the official only for the year they are an official sponsor.
