ENTERTAINMENT

FINE ARTS AND CRAFTS

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2012 festival.

For future reference: The show is managed and juried by the Island Art Association. Photos of the 2011 and 2010 award winners are available for review on www.islandart.org.

FOOD BOOTHS

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2012 festival.

For future reference: To be accepted into the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, all Food Booths must be organized, staffed and run by a Nassau County, Florida, non-profit organization. No commercial food vendors are allowed. There is currently a waiting list. If interested, a written request must be mailed for consideration. Please include Nassau County, Florida, non-profit information, contact names and numbers, and proposed menu. The waiting list is established by postmarked date on the envelope.

KIDS ZONE

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2012 festival.

For future reference: Priority is given to Nassau County, Florida non-profit organizations and local businesses. Booth must be a "kid-friendly" activity. Please provide contact information, photos and explanation of activity and prices in reference to the "Kids Fun Zone".

SPONSORSHIP

Information is available upon request. Prospective sponsorships must be “family friendly”. The festival does not accept sponsorship from alcohol, tobacco or lottery companies. All sponsorships must be approved by the Shrimp Festival Committee.

The preceding categories are the only vendor areas accepted into the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival. We do not have a marketplace for "buy/sell" or retail items as our festival is located in an historic business district; however, sponsorships with selling privileges are available (see below information to apply). We also do not allow informational/fundraising/not-for-profit displays to be set up in the festival area. All vendors must be approved and registered with the Shrimp Festival Committee, and must adhere to the Official Shrimp Festival Regulations, which will be posted on the new website. Anyone in non-compliance will be escorted by Festival Security from the festival area. Please refer to your specific vendor category in any correspondence. Contact information is contained within each Vendor Category below. Contact is preferred via email and will be sent to the appropriate Shrimp Festival Committee Director.
