Uh huh, we really do mean cuisine. Wild-caught local shrimp are one of the greatest delicacies you'll find anywhere—fried or steamed. The booths that serve locally-caught shrimp are indicated by a shrimp on the list of food booths.

Shrimp Pie, Shrimp Quesadillas, Fried Shrimp, Boiled Shrimp, Shrimp Pizza – hungry yet?  You'll also find a scrumptious Shrimp Pie, and a great Shrimp Salad.

These wonderful shrimp dishes are in addition to all the other mouth-watering standard festival fare you'll find here.

All of the food booths are run by non-profit community organizations—so eat up!
